Delivery Information

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Orders sent to non-mainland UK areas or international destinations may incur higher delivery charges, which are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

For UK mainland deliveries, we usually send orders via Royal Mail First Class to keep postage costs affordable. International orders are sent using an International Signed For service. At checkout, you also have the option to upgrade to Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, or a next-day courier for an additional fee. These options are ideal for higher-value items or heavier orders over 2kg.

If your order exceeds a total weight of 2kg, we’ll automatically select a suitable next-day courier to ensure your items arrive quickly and securely.

Orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, are normally picked and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and accurate delivery details. If we need to clarify anything, we’ll contact you promptly.

Delivery charges may change from time to time, including during promotional periods, and we reserve the right to update our prices accordingly.
